Shipping policy

Every Halal Bridal gown is made to order, so shipping begins after production. Here is what to expect.

Where we ship

We ship to 19 countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. If your country isn't listed, email support@halalbridal.com and we'll tell you as soon as it is added.

Shipping cost

Shipping is priced by destination and by the production speed chosen at checkout. In the United States, standard production ships free, express production is $150 and a rush order is $250. To Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Europe, standard production is $150, express production is $250 and a rush order is $350. Rates are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Duties and taxes

Prices and shipping rates do not include import duties or taxes. For orders shipped outside the United States, any duties, VAT or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer to the courier on delivery.

Production and delivery timelines

Standard production: 8 to 10 weeks. Each gown is handcrafted especially for you.
Express production: 4 to 6 weeks. Select express production at checkout for a faster turnaround.
Rush orders: as fast as 3 weeks. For urgent weddings, contact our Bridal Concierge to check rush order availability.

Production begins once your order and measurements are submitted. Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons and holidays. If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend placing your order early.

What's in the package

Your custom-made gown, carefully packaged, together with any complimentary items listed on the product page (for example a matching hijab or veil where included).
