TIMELINESS & DELIVERY
When will I receive my gown?
STANDARD PRODUCTION:
8 - 10 WEEKS
Standard production time for made-to-order gowns. Each piece is handcrafted especially for you.
EXPRESS PROUCTION:
4 - 6 WEEKS
Need it sooner? Select express production at checkout for a faster turnaround.
RUSH ORDERS:
AS FAST AS 3 WEEKS
For urgent weddings, contact our Bridal Concierge to check rush order availability.
Please note: Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
If you have a specific date in mind, we recommend placing your order early.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MADE TO ORDER
Because each gown is made specifically for you, all made-to-order gowns are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
FIT & MEASUREMENTS
Please double-check all measurements before submitting. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
DEFECTS & ERRORS
If your gown arrives with defects or we made an error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Items marked as "Ready to Ship" may be returned in 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
All gowns are made with measurements provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the measurement guide carefully and provide accurate measurements.
We recommend:
- Getting measured by a professional tailor.
- Wearing fitted undergarments while measuring
- Double-checking each measurement before submitting
