Browse our collection and choose the dress you love. Once you’re ready to order, simply enter your measurements using the measurement guide provided on our website and submit your order. Every dress is custom-made to your measurements, allowing us to create a gown tailored specifically for you.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Standard shipping is free across the United States. However, there will be additional fee for express and rush orders. You’ll be able to view the shipping cost before completing your purchase.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Dress?
Because every dress is custom-made, production begins after your order and measurements are submitted. Delivery timelines vary depending on the style and current production schedule. Standard production takes about 8 to 10 weeks. Express Production takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Rush orders take about 3 to 4 weeks.
What Can I Expect to Receive in My Package?
Your package will include your custom-made wedding dress, carefully packaged for safe delivery. A complementary veil and hijab may be provided depending on the product (see the product's description). A hoop skirt to wear under your wedding dress to give a ball-gown illusions.
Do You Accept Returns?
Since each dress is custom-made to the measurements you provide, we do not accept returns for refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help find a solution.
What If My Dress Doesn’t Fit?
We make each gown according to the measurements submitted with your order. If your dress doesn’t fit as expected, please contact us upon receiving it. We’ll review your measurements and the fit concerns and work with you to determine the best solution.
